Digital charging display, setting riding parameters and much more – now possible with the Second Ride app!
We are delighted to finally be able to introduce you to the Second Ride app! The app gives you insights into all relevant parameters of your vehicle, such as remaining range or battery temperature. You can also configure a whole range of these parameters to your liking for a more personalized driving experience: You’re worried that the moped’s acceleration is too strong for a test ride – temporarily reduce the acceleration. You have installed our e-clutch and want real “sailing” when pulling the clutch – configure the recuperation via the clutch lever to zero. These are just two examples of how you can use the app to adapt the vehicle’s behavior to your needs in real time. For us, it is another important step on the way to bringing state-of-the-art technology to the most beautiful original vehicles. The basic features such as the dashboard, insight and diagnostics function can be used free of charge. A one-off Pro code is required for the Pro version and the setting of driving parameters. So you can test the app without any problems and then flexibly decide to upgrade!
The app can be used for all SR23 and SR24 Second Riders! For the necessary Bluetooth connection, there is a corresponding Bluetooth module for retrofitting. There are two options for the Bluetooth module: Lite or Pro. With Pro, you automatically receive the Pro code for the app and save €50 compared to a later purchase of the Pro version. All Second Riders with a USB-C port next to the charge level indicator in the seat already have a Bluetooth module installed and can choose between using the free app or the Pro version.
The app itself is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It can be downloaded and installed free of charge.
